Although there are already 6 different versions of this song here (Ver2 actually
contains 2 separate versions), I don't think any of them have got it exactly
right, so here's my effort.

The song is, of course, in the key of 
E
-flat Major (as in Ver3), so you need a capo on the 1st fret in order to play it in
D
Major. However, I find that it's much easier to play it in
C
major (i.e. Capo 3), because, for example, whereas
Am/F#
is quite easy to play,
Bm/G#
is beyond my poor skills! Nevertheless I've also included the chords for
D
