Why are there so few songs tabbed by this great band?

Capo on the third fret. All chords with respect to the capo.

I saw a transcription of this song and it didn?t sound quite right. So here is how it goes:

First strum an 
E7
 chord, and hammer on the first fret on the third string at the same time. Always use upstrokes.
